Recommended Adult Immunization Schedule — United States, 2012

Each year, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) reviews the recommended adult immunization schedule to ensure that the schedule reflects current recommendations for licensed vaccines. In October 2011, ACIP approved the adult immunization schedule for 2012, which includes several changes from 2011.

Destaca, entre otras novedades :

  • TDa: una dosis para adultos en contactos con niños menores de 1 año (padres, abuelos, maestros etc).
  • TDa: Embarazadas con más de 20 semanas de gestación.
  • VPH: indicación para varones homosexuales (13-21 años).
  • VPH: varones hasta 26 años con inmunosupresión o VIH.
  • VHB: Diabéticos I menores de 60 años.
